Competition Rules

Elligibility

Participants: Open to all residents within 50 miles of Rockford, IL. Participants must be the property owner or have the property owner's permission to submit a photo.
Submissions: Each participant can submit one photo, per property, per month. Photos must be of the exterior of the house visible from the curb.
Previous Participants: Individuals who did not win in the previous year are welcome to re-enter the competition with a new or the same photo.

Entry Requirements

Photo Quality: Photos must be in high resolution and not digitally enhanced or altered beyond standard optimization (minor adjustments to color, contrast, and brightness).
Submission Format: All photos must be submitted via the official submission form on our website. The form will require the participant’s full name, address, email, and phone.

General Rules

Deadline: Submissions must be received by the last day of December by 11:59pm CST.
Rollover Submissions: Non-winning entries will not automatically be entered into the next year's competition. 100 submissions minimum are required before a winner is selected.
Permissions: By submitting a photo, participants grant the organizing company non-exclusive rights to use the images for marketing and promotional purposes in connection with the competition.
Referral Reward: Any participant who refers another competitor, whose entry wins the competition, will get another $100 added to their total reward.
